To bring out optimum performance, I'm a believer in regular and intensive attention to mentorship in short sessions rather than abstract presentations. There have been measured results - as much as 1000% improvement with some senior sales and marketing people.

At one time I generated 3 promoted Branch Controllers from a junior team of 5 within 3 years. I'm recognised nationally as a team builder, mentor and extremely experienced personal coach for all levels of management.

Distance coaching with a regional tele response centre quickly achieved an uptake of 7000 calls per month captured instead of lost.

The 1st ever CIM accredited training course for the TSB and the impressive post training results gave the bank a reputation as No 1 in the industry. They are still running basically the same training programme a decade later.

My work has won me awards, built the careers of some very good people, added value to LloydsTSB, been reported in the media and featured in a major Times analysis of the subject.
